I scheduled an appointment with Lisa at 1:15 for Sunday October 1st. When I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment she was just starting to cut another clients hair. I had my husband drop me off and was only going in for a cut so after not even being acknowledged by Lisa or told hey I'm running behind I asked the girl at the front desk how long is would be and as it would tak a long time before she was done and my husband was coming back to pick me up in about 45 min. Another stylist falicia was Zcame over and offered to shampoo me while I waited for Lisa but as I could see she was going to be a long time I told her I would rather leave and reschedule so she offered to cut my hair for me. I was short on time so I didn't need her to style my hair. I tipped her 50% for her "trouble" and left thinking everything was fine. As soon as my husband saw the back of my hair he told me it was messed up as it had dried some at that point. I don't realized till I got home and had him take a picture that I had a big hole in the length of my hair and it looks cut straight across not blended layers. I would include pictures if it was an option.

It took Kayla and hour and 15 mins for my basic wash and blow dry, my hair is just past my shoulders. I asked for volume on top and for the ends to be flipped, neither was done.

Sorry, you will Not see me there again. Besides the Not so great service, the end results were unsatisfactory. For the price I paid I should have come out feeling like a 'movie star', but No. My hair turned out half done so yeah imagine that!

The salon appears high end and clean.
1. Stylist did not do what I asked her to do even though I questioned and explained what I wanted repeatedly which I had told her I had let my hair grow out too much and I wanted to be more blonde and address the roots that had grown out and blend it so it looks natural. She did not touch the first 6 inches of my hair at all. She argued with me and even had another client she started giving attention too. 2 I told her again when i was done with the shampooing and she said I would see it was right bordered on rude. 3 she dried my hair told her again not happy she argued with me and showed me pics of ombré and I had booked a Baylege apt with cut and style she said she didn't have time after 2 1/2 hours she said she would do a mini foil and try to fix it at the register then I was over charged so I'm not happy with my hair at all and don't want steffanie to fix it and I don't think she should be working on 2 clients at once and leavjng the first bscase I expressed my dissatfition. She was so worried about another client that comes in twice a week that I guess I don't deserve to get the services I booked paid for and wanted.

This salon does not stand behind their work. They over promise and under deliver. When they messed up my color a second time, instead of fixing it, the lady owner informed me that I would have to pay again to fix it. Don't go there. They are obviously about the money and could care less about their client clients.

I did not get the correct color that the stylist said she could easily get. The owner's wife, who was rude, told me that I would have to pay for another service to correct. This place is aweful. Don't go there as they do not stand behind their work.

I have been looking for a place to get my hair done, ive lived by anasa for many years but never went in , im sorry i didnt come here sooner, they are the nicest people ive ever meant, Kayla has done my hair the past 3 times ive been there, shes friendly listens to what you want and does it, the services are a little pricy but well worth it. The salon is clean and neat, the people there are awesome.
